What is the Photo Fundraiser?
The Photo Fundraiser is new for the 2010 season. Paul Kania, a parent of a GPFCLL player and an award winning photographer, has offered to travel around to different games throughout the season and take "action" photos of the players. The images will be placed on a website so you can purchase them.  Paul has gratiously donated 100% of his time to do this for our league. Eighty-five percent of the money generated from the sale of the images will go directly to the league. The other 15% will cover the printing costs, shipping, and other related costs.
  
What is available to purchase?
The following items are available to purchase:
  • 4x6 Print - $4.99/each
  • 8x10 Print - $9.99/each
  • An electronic file of the image (no restrictions) - $19.99
  • Photo imprinted merchandise - tshirts, a deck of cards, puzzles, coffee cups, mouse pads, coaster, among others. Please check the website for pricing.

There isn't a picture of my player. Can I request Paul to photograph our game?
T here are approx 50 teams and over 560 players. Paul has donated his time and will try and photograph as many teams/players as possible but there are no guarantees that he will photograph all the players in the league. You can send Paul a request and he will try and accomodate it if possible. Email photos@GrossePointeBaseball.com  
 
About Paul Kania
Paul Kania is semi-professional photographer and has won several awards.  Paul has lived in the Grosse Pointe community for the past 5 years with his wife, son and daughter. He has photographed many of the local activities in the past and suggested this fundraiser as a way to help generate additional revenue to support the Little League. Currently Paul photographs more as a hobby than as a professional but he is available upon request if you are interested in a more formal photo session.
